WoodGreen partners with health and social service agencies in East Toronto to deliver integrated care, offering more than 75 programs that work together to reduce poverty and promote community health. Our team works with seniors, adults, youth and families to provide safe and affordable housing options, disability support, and a wide range of physical and mental health services. We also offer newcomer settlement programs, support for single mothers, child care, financial services and pathways to meaningful employment. For more than 80 years, we have worked with communities to improve well-being and create new opportunities to thrive.

COSS (Crisis Outreach Service for Seniors) is a mobile crisis response team. WoodGreen Community Services is the lead agency, and we partner with LOFT Community Services, Reconnect Community Health Services, South Riverdale Community Health Centre and Haven Toronto to offer crisis response to seniors across the City of Toronto (any postal code starting with M). COSS is publicly funded and free to seniors. Some services referred to as part of the program (such as home cleaning or Meals on Wheels will have fees attached).
